For IncludeElements or ExcludedElements, the Ids of the GeometricElements to include or exclude from masking; for IncludeSubCategories, the Ids of the subcategories whose geometry contributes to the mask. If undefined, Modes IncludeSubCategories, IncludeElements, and ExcludeElements behave like Models mode.
