targetScopeElementId: string | undefined

The Id of the Element in the target iModel that represents the source repository as a whole and scopes its ExternalSourceAspect instances. It is always a good idea to define this, although particularly necessary in any multi-source scenario such as multiple branches that reverse synchronize or physical consolidation.
