SchemaViewDataProvider Interface @beta
The data source a SchemaViewManager loads schema-view data from. Implement this interface
to load schema metadata through your own query API, without an IModelDb or IModelConnection.
The manager deals only in schema names, blobs and the manifest; everything transport-specific -
pragma strings, format-version pinning - belongs to the provider.
