Persistence unit as a full name string, e.g. "Units:M".

On iModels still on ECDb profile 4.0.0.1 (predates the 2018 EC3.2 Units/Formats migration) this string is in legacy FUS format rather than the EC3.2 alias-qualified form. Upgrade the iModel's ECDb profile to get EC3.2 strings.
