Raised after every registerFieldFormatting call, once the new configuration is in place, whether or not it differs from the previous one. Applications that cache formatted output, or that want to re-evaluate existing annotations against a newly adopted FormatSet, should listen here. A listener that throws does not undo the registration; its error is reported through UnexpectedErrors rather than to the caller of registerFieldFormatting.
