QPoint3dBuffer.unquantizePoint Function
Extracts and unquantizes the point at the specified index from a buffer.
unquantizePoint(buffer: QPoint3dBuffer, pointIndex: number, result?: Point3d): Point3d
throws Error if pointIndex is out of bounds.
